Can I have My Wedding Reception at your Private Country Club?

Yes, not only can you have your wedding reception but you can also have your ceremony here and enjoy the exception level of service our private members receive.

What is the deposit required to reserve my date?

To reserve your requested date we require a signed contract and a non-refundable $2,500 deposit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Acceptable forms of payment are personal check, bank check or cash.

When are payments due?

After the initial deposit is paid, 50% of your expected total charge is required 90 days in advance of your function. The remaining balance and final guest count and menu selections are due 30 days prior to your event.

What are the time frames for my wedding?

Wedgewood Pines hosts only one wedding per day, which offers you maximum flexibility when planning your event.  Reception rental period is 5 hours, 1/2 hour for a ceremony.

All receptions must immediately follow the ceremony.

All events must conclude by 11:00 pm.

Do you have your own Chef or do I bring in a caterer?

Wedgewood Pines has its own creative culinary team who offer a variety of menu options and presentations.

We do not permit outside caterers.

Can I bring in my own Officiant for my marriage ceremony?

Yes, you may bring in your own officiant for your on site wedding ceremony. We offer two locations for ceremonies, one outside on our covered Terrace that over looks our spring fed pond and the 18th green. Our second location is our indoor Fairway Way View Room that also overlooks the 18th green.

What is your parking availability?

Our private country club has convenient, ample parking for up to 234 cars with covered, front entrance drop off.

Are Candles allowed?

Yes, candles are allowed as long as they are not open flames.

Votive candles are included in our Wedding Packages.

Do you have a dance floor?

Yes, we have a portable 15 x 18 parquet dance floor that is included in your club rental fee.

Do you offer Wedding Packages?

Yes, we have wedding packages to select from, or offer a more individualized approach with more flexibility and personalization.

What table linens are available?

Wedgewood Pines provides floor length white or ivory table linens and coordinating napkins.

Upgrade options include colored linens, overlays and specialty fabrics.

What are your bar options?

We offer several bar options, and all of our pricing is per consumption.

Open Bar - Host provides beverages for the entire event.

Cash Bar - All beverages are paid for by the guests.

We offer a large variety of brands and draft and bottled beers.

For the safety of your guests, alcoholic beverage service ends 40 minutes prior to the end of any event. We remain open for soft drinks until the conclusion of the event.

What is the seating capacity?

Our seating capacity depends on the style of your event.

Our Evergreen Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 guests seated, 250 cocktail.

Where can we have photographs taken?

Our lush greens and manicured lawns and gardens provide ample photo opportunities.
