Can I have My Wedding Reception at your Private Country Club?
What is the deposit required to reserve my date?
To reserve your requested date we require a signed contract and a non-refundable $1,500 deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Acceptable forms of payment are personal check, bank check or cash. We also accept credit cards for payment up to $3,000. Card must be present for this payment.
When are payments due?
After the initial deposit is paid, 75% of your expected total charge is required thirty days in advance of your function. The remaining balance is due by certified check or cash ten business days prior to your event. Credit cards or cash may be used to pay for any alcohol balances that result the evening of the event.
What are the time frames for my wedding?
Wedgewood Pines hosts only one wedding per day, which gives you the flexibility to schedule your wedding the way you want it to be. The rental period is 5 hours for a wedding reception. If you wish to hold your ceremony at the club that is an additional hour. Additional overtime can be scheduled prior to your event at a rate of $400. per hour. All events must end by 12:00 midnight.
Do you have your own Chef or do I bring in a caterer?
Wedgewood Pines has its own creative culinary team that offers a variety of menu options to choose from. We do not allow outside caterers.
Can I bring in my own Officiant for my marriage ceremony?
Yes, you may bring in your own officiant for your on site wedding ceremony. We offer two locations for ceremonies, one outside on our covered Terrace that over looks our spring fed pond and the 18th green. Our second location is our indoor Fairway Way View Room that also overlooks the 18th green.
What is your parking availability?
Our private country club has convenient, ample parking for up to 234 cars.
Are Candles allowed?
Yes, candles are allowed as long as they are not open flames. We offer votive candles on your guest’s tables in our wedding packages.
Do you have a dance floor?
Yes, we have a portable 15 x 18 parquet dance floor that is included in your club rental fee.
Do you offer Wedding Packages?
Yes, we offer three choices in wedding packages. Depending on the choice of package they may include; Stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres, three course meal, choice of linens, votive candles, champagne toast and wine service with dinner.
What table linens are available?
Wedgewood Pines provides floor length white or ivory table linens and coordinating napkins in your package price. You may choose to upgrade to colored linens or damask underlays at an additional fee.
What are your bar options?
One hour of open bar is included in two of our packages.
For the remainder of the event you will have the following options:
- Hosted Bar House Brands – Our fully stocked bar includes all basic liquors, house red, white and zinfandel wine along with assorted bottled & draft beer selection.
- Hosted Bar Premium Brands – Our fully stocked bar with premium brand liquors and cordials, house red, white and zinfandel wine along with bottled & draft beer selection.
Above Hosted Bars are based on actual consumption. An estimate on your bar bill will be included in your deposit. Any remaining balance will be due at the end of the evening.
Cash Bar – A cash bar is our fully stocked bar that will provide full liquor, cordials, house wine and bottled and draft beer selection. Your guests are required to pay published prices, which include sales tax and service charge for their cocktails.
For the safety of your guests, alcoholic beverage service ends 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. We remain open for soft drinks until the conclusion of the event.
What is the seating capacity?
Our seating capacity depends on the style of your event. Our Evergreen Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 guests with a served meal and a DJ. When space is required for a band we can accommodate up to 190 guests. We can accommodate up to 250 guests with limited seating for a cocktail style reception.
Where can we have photographs taken?
There are several beautiful locations in and around our club house that are used for photographs.
